That's the point of the show isn't it? she will do what normal doctors does not. She intentionally does it. And it was a drama about sexism and most male characters are villains, so I think her having femme fatale fashion is kinda intentional? because She's not dressing up for men, she's dressing up for herself. I would say sexualized if it was for male gaze but it's not. And unlike some Jdramas where they sexualizes by making minors dressing sexy or making moaning sounds, this doesn't feels the same to that imo.
