I wonder if native English speakers viewed that differently than non-natives - I kept thinking "why are 3 Thais…
1) bc paul isn't thai in the show (he even asked nunew what he was saying at some point) 2) you can just go watch thai period dramas instead then, The Next Prince was obviously fantasy from the start since they made up a whole country 3) they would obviously try to cast as many non-thai people as possible since the first scenes is supposed to be taking place in London
I don't know if you watched this show as a movie critic or something but it seems like you're trying to say things just for the sake of it
