I think that’s part of Porsche’s character. By trying to protect others he ends up hurting them, bc he doesn’t necessary get that the people he wants to protect want to know what he’s doing. His brother pretty much told him he would have liked him to be honest abt his motives in mafia, but from Porsche perspective, it’s better not to tell anyone to not involve them and in the end, they get involve regardless bc he’s involved in the first place. Also he stays with Kinn bc of his love, I don’t think he’s a completely caring character, Ina way that him wanting everything for his bro doesn’t stop him from having needs and finding confort elsewhere. Also so far his brother wasn’t in danger, when he left, mafia payed his bills so his brother was safe from his view, the only one in danger was him.
Abt the morally grey view I think again, that’s the point. How would you have préférée things to turn out in a more « healthy » way? Just wondering.
The show doesn’t justify violence, it’s just part of their world, my view is that they can’t do anything abt it. Like how would Pete report SA to the police for example, while he himself does activities the police might arrest him for? If they treat the SA topic in a preventive way it’ll be good, but there are many topic to be preventive about then, starting by the whole mafia setting.

The scenes are too long imo, one scene happen to take sm time, the point they wanted to make with one scene gets lost, or at least it feels like they didn’t need sm time. The plot isn’t too hard to get either so no big things are really happening for me

idk maybe you have time for long ass scenes that could be easily shortened? idk man, they make big deals of things that, from a writing view could be settled up so easily, so I end up like « all that for that? ». I feel like so much things could have been packed up but if that’s what they wanted to portray and what people like ok ig? Also the chemistry isn’t chemistring for me, I will maybe focus on the other couple bc the main one is too obvious and …boring kinda?

Letterboxd say KP lasts 840 min so tell me where the bc scenes are? I have a theory that people who says that either way skip to the bc or lack nuance and sex is the only think you can easily remember, as for plot holes, may I know the ones? For acting, I know you did not just call Apo acting mid lmao? Also the NC scenes are part of the plot, how can you understand the struggles Porsche later face after their first time when it comes to his feelings if you didn’t watch ep 4? How can you understand the way they solved their issues and tension if you didn’t watch NC scenes of ep 7? And it goes on…Maybe you’re just a minor it’s ok

so this blind line of 10/10 is better? you see as long as the opinion suits you, you won’t mind it, so it’s better to be critical, since this place isn’t here is the result, simple loving or hating. Now we’ll have to wait weeks after this serie is over to have decent people giving actual reviews

Ok honestly Im a bit annoyed bc wdym we aren’t allowed to say everything? This a space for general public opinion and criticism, if things are bad and people want to point them out they have the right to, I’ve been thinking for a while if there isn’t another plateform for fair and objective opinions. Like you say it’s bad to live bad criticism but giving 10/10 to each episode and reviews is apparently a better option? Where is the room to improvement with this behavior. If I want to criticize, even if I was doing it nicely you wouldn’t enjoy it, bc I would point flaws, so it’s fine for people to criticize, you can just ignore them.

Girl I’ll be honest, rewatching the BTS and based on where the company is leading today, it’s so obvious that the core success of this show wasn’t on him lmao. I bet he would appeared in all the bts clips if KP was made in 2024. Im disappointed and I believe giving his gas and recognition like that spoilt his ego, so many times he said weird stuff abt how the talents under his company succeeded bc of him, and he always appear in every photo, every everything and Im tired to pretend this man is a core genuise we should praise all the time. As you saw from the staff list, there were many people working with him, dare I say even Apo gave some hints and direction based on BTS? Anyway def not just him, thank you for investing ig but I won’t credit him for the work of everyone
