Don't worry about the rating because it often goes up and down during the hot broadcast period. It will stabilize…
Interesting! Thanks for sharing. It's my very first time watching a drama as soon as it airs, so that's a relief to hear. I hope you're right about this. It'd be a shame if this goes severely under the radar like this.
Yeah! I visited about 3 hours ago, just to take a peak at the review. It was 8.7 ... Finished 2 episodes. I'm…
Whoa, it was 8.1 when I first looked here. I can't believe it was an 8.7 before. Maybe the ratings are being botted or bombed on purpose for sensitive content.
I really can't understand how someone can find the story pointless. You act like none of the many character arcs…
Interesting. Maybe you're just not into melodramas? I did find this to be more melodramatic than the trailer showed it to be. To me, it really seemed like Jae-yi and the supposed Hong rang's arcs in finding the strength to move on from their traumas and suffering were the real focal points of the story, rather than even the mystery of her brother. It felt like a character study to me, which is why you could notice that there were scenes which really lingered on the silent interactions between the two as they were going through the very same pain of losing something and resonating with each other. In Jae-yi's case, it was facing her brother's loss, and in the supposed Hong Rang's, it was his identity and courage to truly face his pain. Outside of that, the mystery surrounding her brother was also interesting, and I also found the sins and devious antics of the Min Family very interesting to follow on.
The story of the drama is pointless. Start was kind of good but it went downhill, especially in the last few episodes.…
I really can't understand how someone can find the story pointless. You act like none of the many character arcs or plot points exist which get carefully resolved. You're entitled to your opinion though.
People complaining about it turning dark, I couldn't wait for it to get dark, It wasn't even dark enough💁🏽♂️
I expected it to be darker, but I still think it's very dark for a saeguk seeing the torture inflicted on Jae-yi, the entire idea of scarring and destroying innocent children to use as talismans to become a god, Hong rang's quest to kill himself, etc. It's not something normal kdrama watchers would expect.
As someone else pointed out, the score statistics and the overall score of the drama aren't adding up. This should be over an 8 right now, so why did it drop?
OST is fantastic. This got much much better after 2nd ep. Lee Jae Wook is solid as a rock. Kim Jae Wook is so…
This was my first ever Jo Bo Ah drama, and I was really impressed by her. I thought she was fantastic and expressed different sides of herself perfectly. What didn't you like about her acting?
hopefully the rating goes higher... like come on now...
I don't understand why it dropped, this should at least be an 8.5 or higher. I normally only pick dramas to watch from 8+ and this definitely deserves it wth
Also, the bad guy is pretty much obvious from the beginning. Why else would you cast Kim Jae Wook lolol idk which…
Definitely will watch them both! I've been interested in them for a while now, and I've become a huge fan of him from this drama. His role in this was fantastic.
Fair enough. The writing is really off in ep5. I can't fault the scriptwriter tho, since this is adapted from…
I think he just lost himself in his feelings for her, especially since she remembered how he saved her the day of her wedding. That made him feel he had a chance to be with her and escape his role. If she truly hated him or believed that he was her brother, she wouldn't have reacted as lightly as she did.

I don't think it was that obvious. I didn't know who Kim Jae Wook was when I started this, and I was fooled into believing it was the really crazy painter, after Hong rang mentioned that the prince was painting with the wrong hand.
