First the raw footage goes through post-production, editing, sound design, VFX, subtitles, and so on, which can take several months on its own. Then the series enters the official review process wid the National Radio and Television Administration (NRTA). Censorss examine every eps or political and content-related compliance, and if revisions are required, the production team must re-edit and resubmit. Only once the NRTA issues the final distribution permit (the “dragon seal”) can a network or platform put the drama on its release schedule. In short, if filming only just finished, any claim that the show already has its license or is about to premiere is almost certainly untrue.
