It seems to me that entertainment industry executives in South Korea are unwilling to use the current situation to change their toxic industry environment. The current state of affairs must be more advantageous for them. TVN and Studio Dragon are prime examples.
In South Korea, I believe celebrities need their own agency to stand up against lies and unfair treatment. Otherwise, they have to bow and apologize, even if they’re innocent.

You are right, they have many serious issues. Consequently, I am currently watching C-dramas and T-dramas. I doubt I will return to Korean dramas until this issue is addressed, the truth comes to light, and good dramas are released again.
As this year ends, I'd like to say that I sadly couldn't finish a single K-drama. I truly hated the state of society and couldn't stand its portrayal in any series. Wating for Soo Hyun...
