It’s funny because people started pointing out the weak chemistry and lack of storyline just two episodes in, and under every post you’d see the same group of people policing the comments, insisting, “It gets better after episodes 3–4.” I was actually one of the people who decided to stick with it past episode 2… only to end up like this??
At this point, let’s be honest the plot just isn’t there. The show feels lacking in so many areas: directing, writing, execution overall, it simply doesn’t come together the way it should. And that’s okay to admit.
I also heard the drama was pushed to 2026 when it was originally planned for 2025, which makes me wonder what happened behind the scenes. You can really feel the high expectations SBS placed on this project, especially considering it followed their hit show Taxi Driver. Unfortunately, it just didn’t live up to that standard.
