I think they have so many things going on in the series and that why some find it hard to catch up. In the book the main thing was CharanKhanin and the tournament, the mining problems was something that screen writers decided to add, and look that it become the center of the story. My guess is that they were trying to make a criticism of the monarchy, that it is not as pretty as they make it seem. In the series the king and the princes are not good people, all because of power.

So true, I'm ejoying the series. It's not 100% perfect for me. There are some things i wish to be different, but i like a lot of things too in this series.

There are toxic fans on both sides. I remember some saying that the only good thing about the series was RammilPaytai, which provoked the toxic fans of ZN. They started saying that JO fans' tastes were only based on p*rn.
Both sides(ZNNand JO) saying that the NC was unnecesary. There was another fight cause of protest scene and some JO fans saying that JayCalvin werent that relevant to the story.
The last thing I saw was that they've gotten to the point of criticizing O and NN's bodies. Very sad. This fanwars has been going on almost since the beginning of the series.

Something I wish they'd kept from the book was the relationship between Khanin and Ramil. I was really hoping for that. At this point in the series, they don't get along; they barely speak to each other. And the little they've spoken to each other has been Ramil being rude to Khanin (and not in a joking way like in the book). 🥲😭 I'm wondering if there will really be a change in Ramil's attitude toward others. I feel like they've only improved his relationship with Paytai.

Criticisms can be positive or negative. Criticisms is not equal to hate. Just as your opinion about why you don't think something is good, someone else can give their opinion about why they disagree with you.
That's fine as long as they don't make hateful comments.

And another thing, since when did musicals become a bad thing?

Very few people make a critique of why they don't like it, most of them are obviously hateful comments.

I like toxic and angst too. Sometimes it makes the story more interesting. But what I don't like is romanticizing toxicity. I used to, but not anymore. I think I've seen a lot of that in real life. It's not as romantic and exciting as some people think it is.

I do like vampires (any kind of fantasy hehe) and I'm waiting for that show XD

I like realistic stories but I also enjoy fantasy dramas. Really really like it. The fantasy and the romance, sometimes i just need that, even those love dovey dialogues that won't happen in real life. 🙊

Maybe becuase Charan told him he would investigate that. Still I'm like question myself why he hasnt ask about this yet, If Charan have found something about who did it. Why the writers didnt think of that?
