honestly they changed A LOT from the novel not changed the storyline and all is very loyal to the novel in that sense but they have a lot of original scenes and some events have changed a little bit they added more things if the hospital scene is on ep 5 (based on the preview) they're already on chapter 28 (?) but as i said before they changed things so it probably won't be the same thing bc the reason peach is in the hospital is probably bc of wivid but in the novel its bc of another thing
is a good adaptation overall the novel is very worth reading tho
