What disappointed you? And what were your expectations?Just curious.
It's enough that our life is filled with chaos so I don't want to make my heart burned with anger because of some fictional characters and make my daily days worse. But there are also a lot good dramas for people like me. The Prisoner of Beauty for example. Though it was also a drama with a lot of schemes but there were also a lot of characters to like unlike this one. Other than Prince Wu Xia and Qing ying I don't find anyone likable.

Just the plot isn't my type. Not favoured Princess, useless Crown Prince of Qi who even gets punished in front of everyone outsiders by the emperor, to make the Chancellor great they made the Crown Prince shameless, ruthless and controlled by people with lower rank than him. Almost all the people here are vicious, only few characters are kind-hearted and humble.
The only thing I like about this drama is the friendship ( for now ) between Qing Ying & Prince Mu Wu Xia. In other aspects I got disappointed. I had waited for months for this drama but it couldn't meet my expectations. But I'm going to watch only the parts of Qing Ying & Prince Mu Wu Xia.
how would you rate the romance in here? I am taking a break from romantic dramas but I want to watch some good…
Then you can go for it without any hesitance. Romance here is a sub-sub plot but that small amount of romance will make the whole comedy, life, youth generic drama bearable for you to watch till the end. I can't help but mention that the romance plot between the main leads here is the most loved plot of the whole drama for most of the viewers.
At first I had no intention of watching it but somehow for lack of good dramas to watch for the time being, I started watching it, and at the end of the 1st episode I realised that I'm going to watch it whole. Thank goodness, I didn't miss out from watching a masterpiece. At first I didn't like Mi-rae but now she's my favourite character.... And Ho-su's mother is one in a crore person.
