Well yes I agree with you that it isn't the AI itself at fault because it's simply programmed to answer anything we ask of it and it doesn't have a consciousness of its own. However, if anything, some of the examples that you have provided e.g. mathematical analysis in my opinion should be restricted access since the average Joe wouldn't really need to use it. What I'm getting at is I partially agree with your point of us humans being the problem. But I also agree with Jieun's point too because Open AI knows that some of the public use AI unnecessarily when a quick Google search suffices.

I get where you're coming from with the need for evolving but at the same time what major positives have we seen with the public having access to Open AI? I think that AI should have only been used in industries where it helps to further advance and support them such as healthcare and is of course regulated.
