Flex x Cop didn’t really have as many hints as this drama, so it’s normal that it was hard for the loveline to become canon. Only the final episode and the rescue scene had a little bit of hint. But this one is clearly being built as a slowburn.

Just enjoy it, my friend—there are quite a few hints, and episode 7 has some as well. Whether it actually develops into romance or not, we’ll have to wait until the drama ends to be sure. Judging by the way it’s written, it feels more like it deserves just a “slight romance” tag.
Why do people keep saying there’s no loveline after episode 7? I think once again the writer is focusing on the tea motif, and Seok Hoon has opened up to Hyo Min while also making it clear that he’s over his ex-wife. To me, that feels like the beginning of a new chapter for the family. As for the lawyer–associate relationship, that’s just an internal rule and, according to the senior lawyer who tried to set Seok Hoon up, it’s not something that can actually be punished. So let’s wait and see instead of rushing to judge.
The firm only set a guideline or reminder that member lawyers should avoid dating their colleagues, but it never imposed a ban or threatened dismissal like that manipulative senior lawyer who tried to frame Seok Hyun said. The reason he was pushed for dismissal was because they accused him of exploiting his colleague’s feelings to extract information. So just watch the drama and wait.
