guilty of what? Dating? There is no criminal procedure against KSH, nobody talks about his guilt apart from sensationalist media and cyberbullies. And of course the cyber wrecker and KSRs family - but they made no criminal complaint against him. Their whole accusation was pretence. KSH however filed several lawsuits against the cyber wrecker and KSRs family for defamation and blackmail and forging evidence.

As if that meant anything? Which btw is pretty sad -- before anything was proven against KSH. What exactly do you support? Public humiliation before court rulings? Execution right after accusation? Silencing the other side, so that one side can win easily? Honestly, what exactly do you want? That people loose their lives and livelyhood for an accusation made in the media? There is nothing against him that could lead to "guilt" - that would take a criminal case. The family and the cyber wrecker GS started a process based on the Child Welfare Act in May - but that's about those people's responsibilities, who take care of children, It's not part of the SK criminal law, either. So there is no criminal procedure against KSH. However there are criminal procedures against the family and GS for blackmail and forging evidence. Also defamation law in SK can lead to criminal responsibility, KSH also filed such charges against the family and GS.

As for the evidence: the photos and kakaotalk messages were published without verficataion, so was the - possibly - AI manipulated recording of KSR. However the photos in which KSH and KSR are visible as couple are now all proven to be taken in 2019-2020, while the photos, where there is an (almost) unrecognizable male in the background are now proven to be another man (he is much shorter than KSH).

As for the kakaotalk and the (AI) recording: the 2 totally contradict each other, so at least one of them was forged (the recording claims KSR had s3x already at 14 - while the kakaotalk from 2016 is about a possible 1st kiss sometime in the future - it's impossible, that KSR and KSH forgot about having s3x since 2014 by 2016....)

As for the 2016 kakaotalk messages: even if they can be verified (as of today Garo Sero and family still refuses to hand over the original/metadata to authorities) they hardly can prove a dating since 2015... or a dating at all (talking about kissing in the future, when she's older is not a proof of dating).

The most intriguing part however: the proof of the 2015-2019 dating is only this unverified kakaotalk message, a video snippet from late 2018 (ksh eating) and a handwritten letter from militarty in 2018 with one I miss you (mind you it's ONE letter from the 2-year-long military--- a man who dates you should write more than one...)
WHILE from 2019-2020 there are TONS of couple photos... Which makes me think those 3 pieces of "evidence" from between 2016-2018... is way too thin to prove dating 2015-2019... taken their nature/content, even more thinner...

And the fact GS and family based the procedure they filed against KSH on the (AI) recording (they published in May) and NONE of the previously published material (which they still refuse to hand over to authorities) makes me think, they are not good enough to file a case for. Which makes me question if they can be verified at all.

BUT We'll see, once GS and family is willing to cooperate with police... Btw the court ordered a seizure on GS's properties and yt chanel incomes in the defamation case KSH filed. The court also put a ban on GS to stop him talking about KSH in his yt videos. He breached the court order, so police took a visit at his chanel. Since then he (almost) stopped talking about KSH.

One of KSHs apt was also seizured - but that's because of brands want money from him, it's because of the civil lawsuits between him and brands who used him for advertizing , so it happened in a different procedure unrelated to Kim Seui and the family.

It is a complicated case... leaves room for the media for high level of manipulation, sadly.

and why should you post anything against him? It's not like he did something to you, you just want to repeat a certain narrative the whole media and social media pushes, despite there is an ongoing legal dispute. You can pour all your despair once the case is over - til then? Anything you can say against him is just based on an assumption. So why share it? The world is full of speculation.
