these scenes were the most problematic in the novel so now that its done the sun can now shine on us again

that is true atleast they have a heart to censor this scene

This episode sure is much different than the others, as we were expecting something more, yes. I did too, but still remember that this is China... they really need to censor a lot so that when the episodes or videos got leaked or seen on posts in China, it would still protect the actors or the series' image... It's also a good thing that they didn't show much, yes, we are disappointed with how it was edited and was done, but remember this part was non-consensual to both parties. I share the same disappointment at not even seeing LangTu kiss, or the kisses in the episode for HuaSheng were very vague... since for LangTu, it will be episodes away for the new one.

For LangTu, in the novel, the part was never particular. So I guess they also made it that way since Gao Tu's POV was never shown that much in that part... That night will be slowly remembered by SWL and that is maybe will see the kiss part of them.

Also if your disappointed to lack of intimate scenes and how it was edited and such just go to ABO Desire or Durian Culture account and look at the bts especially the new one. That is where the real magic begins. They just cant show and edit it that much that could benefit ust viewers when the series are already on the verge of watchlist in china.

I guess that comment also came from China's beauty standards for their people. They like having fair skin and all. There was a video before when the 4 of them ate somewhere with some people not really sure who and when was this exactly anymore. Asking Ocean where is Peien's whitest body part (?).

Im also kinda annoyed of him saying that but I guess this just shows that people there really values fair skin that this is mostly normal there. I just hope they don't repeat it again since this series is gaining a lot of international fame and a lot of people outside of China will especially get offended by that comment like me.

I'm really enjoying what's happening inside the series. But what I'm not enjoying is what's happening outside of it. The live yesterday was a big example. I fear for the safety and security of the actors now that the series is gaining fame and recognition in China. The sasaengs are getting out of hand. I really hope the best for the casts and the staffs who are out there doing their best for this series to air safely and successfully.

I’ve seen people (some cfans included) complaining that the author isn’t following the novel, especially after the Episode 7 preview. Yes, there were added scenes like the one with Gao Tu and Shen Wen Lang, and the fight between SSY and SWL while Hua Yong was present. But honestly, can’t they appreciate that these extra scenes help build tension and develop the characters more? It’s frustrating how people are so quick to complain instead of just enjoying the added depth we’re getting. T_T

I agree with you, when it comes to the action scenes they are really lacking. But since there are only few fighting scenes it looks bearable and the editing is already done so we cant really do anything about it.

I just read chapter 77 of the novel, the uncensored version (kinda), and I feel bad for Sheng Shao. I imagined how insatiable Hua Yong is always, and them doing it for a minimum of 5 times a week just for the pregnancy?? Like I know, Sheng Shao You is always exhausted in the morning.

real, the novel is just different level T_T but Im enjoying both the series and the novel at the same time. The storyline is just so good
