You seem more likely to be the bot account. Same comment on every reviews. How much were you paid?
The director stated in interviews that he was unfamiliar with the source material, yet still used the title and character names.

Because not everyone cared before to give a review to all the movies they have watched.

Some raised that if they want to really warn others, to leave a review on these sites. They marketed it as an adaptation. Used the names of the book characters. So the book’s readers checked this adaptation only to be disappointed.

The movie was recently released, so those that saw the trailers, interviews, clips and the movie itself rushed here to voice their complaints. Because that is how angry the fans are. That they finally decided to create an account just to voice out how disrespectful this movie is. The director actually.

Just because you saw multiple people saying the same thing, doesn’t mean they are a bot account. Maybe start using your brain and think about that there might be a reason that almost all ORV fans hated this trash?

Even in interviews it shows how the actors and the director didn’t know what their characters are even about.

They got good actors, their presence is the only good thing in this movie. They are already paid. It just sucks that this will be a stain in their career just because the director thought that all the changes he has been doing is nothing but minor. Created a movie without even googling what the story was even about.

How can you call it Omniscient Reader, if the supposed reader is not Omniscient. Nor has the skills of being a reader. :/

Made Dokja who in the book became suicidal from being ostracized and bullied as a child into a bully? That’s just too much.

It's number 1 in Taiwan,"Along with the Gods" has been completed!""has become the first-day box…
What other movies are present tho?

Any movie could be number 1 for the first day if the competitions were already screen in earlier days too.

Also read your comment again. It’s along with the gods that did great, not this Live Adaption.

What?Just saw the reviews man with this cast they f**d 😭
They turned the MC who was a victim of bullying that made him suicidal in the book, to a bully who led someone’s death.

Turned the Omniscient Reader to a generic growth character who trash talked his favorite author and given the power to be a “Writer”.

Basically just used the same names and title, but none of their backstory, personality and skills. Making the title not even making sense anymore.

Most of the hate for this isn't about the actors, but about how the source material was adapted. Even if you've…
More like if Harry has the personality of Pettigrew. Ugh.

this is the lowest score i've ever seen on MDL wtf 😭 what's the reason why?? matter of fact, i'm so nosy i'm…
This is because they adapted the novel by changing the characters’ backstory, skill and personality. Changed the essence of story and called it the manhwa/novel’s live action.

This is like if they make a live action of Harry Potter, and made him have the personality of the sniveling coward Peter Pettigrew.

They also made the victim of bullying a bully.
They turned an avid reader who worships the ground his favorite author walks on, to someone who sends a hate comment to the sole reason he still have not killed himself.

They haven't released this movie internationally but people are jumping on the 1 rating 😹 please watch the…
All the inaccuracies are already blatantly displayed in the trailers, interviews and press releases. Might as well change the title. They want this to be associated to the famous novel. Of course, the people will compare it to that.

They changed the character’s backstory, personality and skills. How dare they call it a fresh adaptation of ORV?

This is akin to making Batman too kind with an ailing parent on the side. Just convincing the villains to reform with words; out of the kindness of his heart.

So from what I’ve seen in the reviews, they changed a few minor things (using guns instead of swords) but ended…
The changes are far from minor. The MC is not supposed to be too naive and kindhearted. He is a scheming person. His good actions are more than calculated. This is why he is called a scammer. He acts smug toward the book MC because he wants to partner up as equal. He is only good to those he grew to care for.

The MC’s name even has a symbolic meaning to the story meaning only child/alone and that of being a reader. His skill all relates to that of being a reader.

The reason why the “guns” were not supposed to work is because those do not have enough “story” power. That is why the most powerful weapons are often found in museum and theaters.

The reason why it is titled Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint is based on the essence of how the value of life depends on how many powerful story you collected in your life. Basically memories.
