True Grit - strength of the characters

I absolutely love this series. I initially wasn’t sure but soon got into the rhythm of the show. Loved the main leads and the supporting characters, even though at times I disliked them. It had its ups and downs, but I really got you involved in the characters and their wellbeing and personality.

the storyline flowed pretty well, the only thing I have to say is SPOILER ALERT…..

I was a bit disappointed initially in the last episode where FL, even though loving the ML so much, decided to further her career and travel overseas. I geta bit tired of those endings. However, it did pick up pace very quickly after FL returned to SK, and then I was happy. It was thought provoking, especially with ML having to deal with schizophrenia and letting go of his alter ego, who he had taken care of for some time. At this point of letting go, it was an emotional few minutes, and I felt as though I could understand how hard it was to let go. Quite fascinating really. His alter ego is what kept him going and safe and it was sad that he finally said goodbye.
the ending was upbeat and had me dancing along with the others in the last scene.
would definitely watch it again as I’m sure I would get even more out of the show.
the depth of all but the main characters was minimal, but you get the gist of the story line and can read between the lines.
loved loved it, but that is my opinion and it may not be for everyone.
