i've watched the Turkish version years ago when it aired and the abuse part was way worse than it is in the korean version. Also the mother wasn't as cruel as in the korean version.
Still a great series though

The series isn't bad like some comments say here. This is proof that you should never trust ratings and comments before watching a series/movie. I find it interesting and honestly better than some of the 2026 GLs so far

The series is really good but why does Earn not move her lips during kiss scenes? I thought it was because its not with her ship but then she wasnt moving them with belle too 😐.

I agree with you im just saying that because of these standards they will never give main roles to someone who looks different.
Honestly it's up to us to decide if we're going to watch these series or not. I wish more people spoke on it but i dont think we can do anything to change who they cast.

im guessing you're not familiar with east Asian beauty standards and how their actresses/actors need to follow model standards in order to have main roles.....they would never cast a dark skin , "normal" looking woman.

After episode 11 it gets a little tiring with all the drama happening but still a good series. The acting is amazing

there's a few bits from her sons but not much....the series is not romantic...if ur looking for romance then this is not it

Im on episode 6 and so far im enjoying this series a lot. Its been on my list since it came out and i finally started it and im not regretting it at all.

They are showing a toxic relationship bond. If you can't understand what's happening and think its romanticization then you're the one with the problem.
Flint is controlling and abusive , Sun is trauma bonded with flint.
