This series gave me post series depression. I NEED a season 2.

GUYS! I didn't know chinese bl dramas got a game like that. Like this series is so well written, I love the characters, I just like how it all come together. I will say that I will need maybe a hundred more of this series and there won't be any other opinions.

I'm going to break down what I like about this series. The mc and male lead definitely have chemistry with each other. I can assure you that if you are planning to watch this, you should go for it and watch it. There are comedic moments where I laughed, cried, got angry all those small emotions I can feel and express it from each episodes. And can I just say that the actors look amazing? Like HELLO? Especially Xia Liu Li's family they are all handsome and beautiful! Don't get me started on He Chu San too, I would go to the frontlines to protect him.

Anyways, moving on the plot is quite interesting because I don't think I have watched something like this. There are some Bls that has action, gang fighting type of series but it was never executed like this which is refreshing. Each scene, each voice lines carries weight and they are done very well. Especially the angsty parts, they got me rolling down on the floor with tears and depression.

The actings were also on point, there were no filler episodes nor boring ones. I feel like every episode connects with each other. I wanted to give kudos to the actors, editors, people behind the scenes for making this come to life because I know it must hard to do so but still being able to deliver this masterpiece. Also thank you for reading my review!

Holy such a good drama!! This got me staying up late and fan girling like crazy. I'm so happy that its a happy ending my heart is full now. The acting is immaculate, the plot is so beautiful and the chemistry is just so fucking perfect!

But like holy shit the plot twist in the end? That was also crazy but I'm happy about that too! I wished for more BLs like this PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! I can't believe I finished this drama in like less than two days! I'm insane!!

Anyways truly kudos to the actors and the whole crew for making this series come to live and possible! Truly one of the best bL series!!! Totally recommended!

Spoilers!!

I started this series without knowing what I will be getting myself into. No prep, no clips just jumping straight ahead into the series. I saw this was one of the series that was rated quite high so I trusted the audience that it would be a good series and I’m glad that I trusted the audience.

Spoilers!

Can I just say that the ost is so fucking good? Like I have it on repeat on my youtube playlist. Every single day I be putting that music on repeat like there is no tomorrow. Honestly, they needed to have another ost cuz i bet that it would be just as good or even better ;)

Anyways moving on to the plot of the story, I think the concept of the story is interesting. I think there are some BL series that has a similar concept but I have yet to watch it. The way the characters were introduced and how the main character expresses their struggles and handle their situation was quite realistic.

Some scenes did questioned myself like is this even allowed?! Though the main storyline is about Armin fixing his owns mistakes and gets revenged to those who had hurt him in the past. I think the revenge part could be more intense, this is just my opinion. It wasn’t underwhelming its just that when he said he’s gonna get the people who tried to hurt him I expected it to be more darker.

I also like the additional scene where they included Tada’s perspective in the past. It was a good touch to see like the world after Armin died and the fact that he cannot live after Armin’s passing just shows how deep his love is for Armin. I do like a yearning male lead ❤️

I do recommend watching this show!! I think there is a slight Gen Z humor and comedy element in the show. One more thing, Wei Nai i love him smm!! I wished his character was further developed rather than just being a capable personal assistant. Like I would like to know a bit of his backstory. Anyways! Amazing show!!

WARNING! There are some freaky scenes but its a good kind just make sure u watch alone!

I feel like the opening was quite good, I kinda like how Akin (Mc) and Jin (ML) was introduced. Akin was this popular actor and Jin was a newbie. Their chemistry didn’t started off strong but as the episode progressed so did their chemistry. You need to give a few episodes a watch cause it gets better.

The plot wasn’t bad, it could be slightly better? I feel like most of the time Akin is the only one facing the problems. Like somehow he’s always the person who got targeted in the series. Which is kinda repetitive, and I feel like communication can be improved. Like the part where he thought he slept with Johnny he couldn’t bring himself to day it to Jin. He just left without saying anything. Thank god Jin wasn’t dumb and he was able to catch on! I guess its soulmates instincts ?❤️.

Nothing much to say,. But I feel like they should just end it there. I feel like at the end of the last episode, there could be potential for season 2 but there wasn’t much material or anything more that they could add on so it’ll be interesting to see if there will be a season 2 but i’m not expecting it. Overall a fun watch when ur bored

I have rewatched this show like 5 times and the music never miss! I love the music they played throughout the movie!! AGH- They need to make another movie PLEASE!!

I feel like the story started off okay, there wasn’t much to discuss as like it will eventually be explained in the movie. This movie is more lighthearted and comedy rather than romance. (Which I like cause I feel like you don’t have to include romance in every movie to make it good. But I do ship Jinu and Rumi)

10/10 you should watch if you’re bored!

Good Chemistry!

I wished there was more of this series! The story and the pacing were solid however the development between the two main leads can be further develop just a little bit!

But overall, this was good and such a great watch! There was no filler episodes, the plot makes sense and the chemistry between the actors were there! :)

Only watched for Byeon Woo Seok

First of all I would like to say I watched this because Byeon Woo Seok. The plot is basically like particles in the air, you can't see or feel it. In short there was no plot.

I feel like the main character have more chemistry with the villain rather than the male lead. And i feel like the only interesting part was the villains backstory. Honestly, I had to skip to a lot of parts because its filled with filler episodes and nothing is adding on to the story.

Don't get me started on the male lead. He's just forced to be there to take up space and somehow ended up with the main character. I would like to repeat, there is NO chemistry between the male lead and mc. Honestly, don't fucking watch this its not worth your time if you're just here for the story, i'm a special case because I watched for the actor.

That's all i'd like to say, thank you :)

Beware! This series is so addicting

I saw a small clip of this on tiktok. And it was quite interesting so I decided to watch it without knowing what I signed up for.

Spoilers ahead!

First of all, I would like to say that this BL series managed to grasped my heart. Throughout the whole series is like a rollercoaster for real! When I first begin watching the show, I didn’t expect that the male lead would have a certain disability. Because not a lot of BL series would want to include that but the way they execute in the series was amazing.

There was a lot of emotions and problems that both the male lead and the main character has to faced. One of them was when the male lead broke down and showed his true emotions like when his mother ended up in the hospital. He couldn’t keep it together and just burst out his true feelings. I think that scene was a huge breakthrough of his character because that just shows that he’s human too. Like he never wanted to be deaf in the first place and he wanted to be normal. It kinda shows that the male lead is not always smiley and happy, there is some things that he wants to have which adds up to the male lead character.

The reason why I rated this series so high is because they are able to communicate their feelings with each other. For example, in the first three episodes, its true that the main character is hiding things behind the male leads back but when they sit down, face to face, the main character tells him the truth. There is no need for lies and less room for misunderstanding. So when they stumble on an issue like the male leads friend tries to break the main character and male leads relationship, he straight up told her like “Him being deaf is not going to be a burden to me because i love him” something like that.

In other words, theres a lot of great communication throughout the whole series. I also think that the plot is interesting. Honestly, I would love to watch something like this more often! I’m so happy that its a happy ending :)

AGH! ONE OF THE BEST C DRAMA IN 2025!!! I FELL IN LOVE WITH THE CHARACTERS AND THE PLOT! Though I feel like them keep dying for each other is a bit redundant I’m really happy they did ended up together in the end.

I dont really have anything much to say about the drama except that the ost is so fucking good!

I freaking love cooking shows, whether its about competitions or having some romance in-between, as long as it has food I am sold. I was watching this series when it was still airing but I only got the chance to review it today. I remember looking forward for the next episode throughout the week when I was stumped with work, like this is one of the shows that motivated me to go through the week.

One of my favorite episodes would have to be when the production team had to bring in people that does mukbang on the set and the chefs had to work together to come up with the menu and serve them. There was a lot of intense moments but it was an interesting twist because its a fresh concept. Another one would have to be the endless tofu episode, I remember I was rooting for the black spoons and Chef Edward Lee, I just love him so much cause he's funny and the idea about how he managed to come up for his food is just so unique.

Another honourable mentioned was when the chefs that got eliminated a chance to redeemed themselves by cooking with the ingredients from the convenience store. That episode itself is very engaging and worth the watch! I didn't think like you could make a restaurant level dishes from it, which was really cool. I've seen some people re-creating it on tiktok.

There's nothing much for me to critique because I felt that every participant that attended worked really hard to get the spot here. Overall, I do recommend giving this a watch if you love food and just seeing these chefs create unique dishes. All the food that they made looks so good on screen, I bet it tastes amazing in real-life.

Thinkings

Honestly when I first watched it while it was airing, I only watched one episode and then stopped to watch something else because I didn’t understand the plot of the story. But then I did came back to watch it again, I persuaded myself to watch at least 3 episodes because the first episode didn’t really hooked me up.

SPOILER!
I think after episode 2 onwards I started to understand the plot and the storyline gets interesting. The story does contain grape cause u know lack of consent and communication. So it might turn people off but the male lead did suffer after the mc knew about his schemes. (As he should after what he did)

Anyways moving on from that, it is a happy end so yippie. I don’t really have any comment except for the grape part, I think i would rated it higher if it wasn’t for grape and the lack of communication from the second couple (talking to you Shen Wen Lang). I swear he just believes everyone says and he is so dense ?. NAH CAUSE LIKE- the doctor literally hinted that his secretary Gao Tu is an omega but bro didn’t get it so the misunderstanding keeps on going on-..

I do see the insane chemistry though between the couples, not so much for the second couple. For the second couple I think Shen Wen Lang needs to go for a check up real quick to make sure he is okay cause how does he not know that Gao Tu has feelings for him..

Okay enough of my rant. Do I recommend this? If you don’t might red flags and like omegaverse then I would definitely say yes!!

My thoughts on this series!

Honestly i didn't expect to finish the series at all because i came for the food. But after i watch one episode i was instantly hooked into the series! I was watching as it was airing so i had some doubts on how its going to end. The pacing was okay, it has a slight rush but it was still okay for me.

SPOILER!

Towards the end i slowly started to lose interest because i expected a bigger plot on how the grand prince will execute the treason so when he just send someone to read the drafts to everyone during the male lead's grandmother birthday the plot became underwhelming. Though I do understand that perhaps they didn't have time because most of the time went towards the expressions of how the food taste heavenly.

There are no filler episodes but the expressions when they eat the food is too long. The zooming in on the lips and them imagining the flavors is a bit too long. Overall, its a good watch if you're bored.

I think that this series is good don't get me wrong but i think once the male lead and mc got together and slowly have their happy ending I couldn't continue watching cause i know that they are gonna be happy together. I think episode 34 confirms it as everyone in the family knows that mc is dating the male lead, the mc's father realised that he's being used by his "mistress" and their project is going smoothly. I believe that the last two episodes is just going to be buffer episodes and also trying to wrap things up. Ending it in episode 34 is a good end for me because i feel like there's not much lore going on, just some fluff and extras. This is my personal opinion so don't take it to heart.

At the start of the story it was interesting and the plot was really good. The main characters have chemistry and I could just feel the emotions. It was addicting to watch as the plot thickens and everyone unweaving their own issues.

The reason why I dropped this is I feel like after episode 28, they are dragging the drama for too long. I feel like episode 29 onwards is just to add extra time for the drama with no plot. It's very repetitive and just lost the plot at this point.

Slight spoiler, after Wen Yifan saw her uncle (gonna get death sentenced) and aunt being in jail and Sang Yan is safe in the hospital, they should've ended there because its a good point to end but they just keep on dragging and dragging the story so it gets boring.

One thing that i would also like to comment is that i don't really feel the chemistry between the second couple. It just feels forced and there wasn't anything that was tying them together. Its just always about the guy's family and issues. The girl would always have to check up on the guys family and help to resolve it. So it kinda feels like every time they spend their time together its mostly like going to include the guys family problems.

I'm done ranting, Thank you for listening and reading :P

Holy SMOKES!

This is one of the most disturbing drama I’ve watched on Netflix. The acting was alright but the relationship between the characters was so bad I had to dropped it. Theres like 0 chemistry between thr mc and female lead.

There was a scene where one of the character had a fling with one of her students and that just made me want to dropped it completely. Mind you that they are 17-18 years old and this teacher is probably in her late twenties. It just sort of disgusts me especially when they indicate there was a intimate scene in the show.

Not just that but the female lead feels like she was kinda a gullible character but not a likable one. I also don’t think she is a strong female lead. I didn’t finished this series as I dropped it. Cause i don’t feel like the need to finish the series as i sort of know how it would end.

Do I recommend you to watch this? HELL NO! Its honestly a waste of time cause u could be watching something better fr! But if ur curious suit your self!
