Even though this drama has a sad ending, all episodes are interesting and worth watching. FL sacrificed herself for her brother (not blood-related), but because of her, all MLs got happy, satisfying endings. This is a great drama with a great plot. The ratings should be more than 8.5. For me, it's 10.
1-They loved each other, and they showed their love openly by words and actions, Bcz of ML is a swordsman he always had to travel everywhere, so they couldn't officially got together, at one point she said to him come back soon if he wanna be with her, but he was too late, when he came to her, she's already dead. That's the ending.
2- There are no breakups, because FL & ML couldn't get together in the end, even though they both loved each other till the end. 32 episodes.
3- yhh this drama has a very interesting love traingle, FL has a very long time chess playmate, but they didn't even know their faces, bcz they played their part separately when other one is not there, but later they got to know each other, he's a very good man who loves her even though he's in villain's side, he did everthing to save her, even he can die for her, FL died in his hand and he's the only one with her when she died. ML couldn't come to her when she died; ML didn't even know she was dead until he came to her home.
4- Sad ending (because the FL died)
5- Romance and chemistry between FL and Male characters is insane, she has 3 admirers as I remember, one is ML, second is her chess playmate and 3rd is her long lost brother ( they didn't show romance between them, but their chemistry is insane, and he's so handsome, FL loves her brother so much even though they are not blood related, she also sucked her poison by her mouth to save his life, that's why she died, that's a sacrifical method. If she sucks poison through her mouth, poison can enter her body easily, so she died because of this poison.
6- So many skinship scenes because she's a doctor, but there are no kiss scenes, because this is about meaningful romance, even though there are no kiss scenes, you don't have to worry, there are so many romantic scenes and cute moments.
Chemistry between the FL and all male characters is insane, so much love their relationships, but honestly, I ship FL with the 2nd ML, because he's always there for her, and even he's there when she dies, ML didn't even know she died.

Sorry if you felt offended by me, I just got a little mad because you mentioned surgery, bcz normally her haters are the only ones who mention about surguries, she's naturally beautiful, yhh her face is so chubby back then, bcz she's so young back then. Later, she said herself she doesn't like her doublechins, so she does facial massage to reduce her doublechins, but with the pressure of her workload & with the pressure from her past company, she got so sick, even she was unable to walk or talk, she got so thin & unhealthy bcz of that situation, but i'm happy to see now she got little bit chubby & healthy, even though she's not full healthy like back then, she can still work with proper rest, yhh i also like her past chubby look, but it's ok, i'm so happy to see healthy lusi back , health is more important than work. sorry if you felt offended .

yhh I agree on that point, but this is a drama, and whether to choose AI or not fully depends on the director & the producer, because it's their drama, we can't decide about their choice as drama fans. Because we don't have any connection to them. AI is a disadvantage for some people bcz with the AI it's easy to get their job done, but we can't blame them. They also wanna do a great project without overspending. I don't blame the director bcz whether it's AI or not, they didn't use it for bad, but to make easy their job.

A Must watch , Not only a romance drama, Suspense & thriller vibe is also included, a slow burn love story, I love the FL’s acting , her dual personalities ( other as do ra mi )did an excellent performance, I love to see her in a serial killer series, FL definitely can slayed in a thriller series, love this drama. Worth your time. Will definitely fall in love with her cuteness, & her sassy vibe

Totally agree with you, I expected see both of them can solve any difficulties together & understand each other , but he just broke up with her bcz of his leg injury, doesn’t even bother to tell her, yhh he’s thinking for her, but how did he know whether that’s best for her, she loves him, she has every right to know about his difficulties, if he said the truth, she will surely support him & willingly do anything for him, but he didn’t. I don’t like these type of break ups .
