Slow mow on ep 14. No one has to agree but since my stomach is filled with anger i just have to say. How can Gu Pingyuan leave his new love (Ms.Chang) for his old love Ms.Bai but Ms.Bai isnt expected to leave her new love The General who she only knew a few days way less time than Gu spent with Ms Chang but its okay for her to just give Gu up. UGH. There i let it out. Shes an okay character but i dont agree. Gu should have followed his heart from the beginning. But he was trying to do the right thing and got the rug pulled from underneath him. Grrr

Okay so i am one of the guilty party that was rooting for the romance. But that was because it was natural that was because they had chemistry. I dont know if anyone would agree but it felt like ep 9-12 was written by someone else. I dont think romance is what ruined it, it was just the way the author decided to take everything. I mean isnt that why we hold our breath because how a story ends can really make or break a show and of course like many series lately this one crashed. The legal stories that moved your emotions that really delved into topics the romance that was okay whether it ended with something or ended with a tba was fine because the chemistry was there but all was lost. Too bad i had hopes.

Im still enjoying the series. I like that from the beginning till now the authors shown that our main fl isnt perfect which is refreshing. Seok Hun even mentioned her perfectionism can be her Achilles Hill. I hope to see her grow more in the future. Im enjoying seeing everyones story for once actually. I want them to be people, imperfect not always pretty struggling to fit societys mold but hating it. And i hope the author continues down that road. I'm rooting for you!🤗

I understand and i didnt post that comment to fight against that opinion. Like i said i dont want this to turn into a wishy washy romance drama as well. I just wish the hints of romance there can be forgiven, im sorry if it is bothering.

I know theres been a lot of talk about this i guess its because its had some impact on people one way or another. I just want to say im really enjoying the leads dynamic. Its not revetting, but it easily stands above many other dramas. Easily. I actually squelled when she touched his hand with the handkerchief. And although im a romantic and somewhat biased positively toward age gap romances. I really hope this is one. Not because i wish to turn this into a wishy washy romance gosh please no. But because it is even though its not. Shes her and hes him. She respects him. Hes coming to respect her, give her room to grow offers her advice and support. Isnt that rare in the romance department now a days. And its a good story either way i would just hate that they omit the romance that is naturally leaning that way anyway just because of public opinion that would be sad. If your wondering if you should watch it i think so. It doesnt feel like a waste of time. And im actually about to rewatch a few episodes now. If law is your genre and your flexible try it and enjoy.
