exactly that. the pacing is a huge mess. the script story everything is a mess. Its not that its targetting for male audience thats the issue. It tries to be something that its not

realllly good drama. the pacing the character development is soooo good. im so glad it came out at the same time as that shitty mortal journey to immortality that yang yang is in. I at least have something truly enteraining to watch. Yang yang's new drama was so horrible and zhou ye's drama coming out at the same time really showed the difference in quality

Im not even against this drama because of the lack of romance. The story telling process and the plot is just atrocious. Even if it had a good romance i still wouldnt continue watching it

HORRIBLE DRAMA. I couldnt follow through past ep 20. It just kept getting worse and worse. 0 stars. thank god the female general was out at the same time. THAT is what a 10/10 series should be
