I saw that comment too. They are well organised. I have seen another actors MDL page comment section. They are well organised as well. The comment there says:
" pls look into mobilising more people around you to rate *** highly when it airs and also find special accounts to counter and down vote any hate from any random fandom,cause the hate comments today are crazy,I don't want "***" to be targeted,let's do this for ***,thanks". This is currently airing drama, it's doing good.
Loved their dedication to their favourites and their efforts in getting the drama a good rating.

Yes, I don't believe when people say he is not doing good. His achivements are great.

I understand. People have different taste and some of his dramas might not have met their expectations or may be fans have some extra high expectations from him. I didn't find any of his character is boring or plain. May be MR, but there it's the character is written in that way and I feel he did a fantastic job. It's a totally different, complex role he played than his earlier dramas. I just imagine Gu Yanzhen or Wang Lu and Mei ZhuYu. How different and opposite these characters are. He has huge acting range.

Same feeling here. I am a new fan of xukai. MDL was my first source to watch cdramas because at first I used to look at the reviews and then watch. After watching one of xukai's drama, I totally became a fan of his acting . But I was confused to see comment section here in his MDL page because most of the comments filled with downgrading him or doubting his popularity and saying his dramas are not doing good enough . It's mostly not happening with other actors page, they are happy with their favourite actors. It's only here someone will come and say he is not good enough and he does not attend awards, and so on. Its his choice to attend or not to attend any awards. Some people comment about weibo awards , I believe it's good to avoid weibo awards😃. And I also belive genuine popularity is better then marketing/hyped popularity. He has so many drama achivements .

Just an observation - in Huanyu website top actors list, XuKai is on the top followed by BaiLu(2nd), WuJinyan (3rd)and others. I have also seen this photo list on Rednote/weibo sometime back. Initially before looking at this, I thought the actress is top and popular than xukai, but looking at their agency list make me feel that the reality is different? Or anyone know on what basis they list/rank?

This is one of my favourite drama, already watched 3 times. Could not understand the business part on 1st watch,, but got hooked to this drama while watching 2nd time. Then again watched it. Han Ting character is so good.

I am hoping for that too. Recently started watching c dramas. Somehow AMA came in my YouTube and after watching that I became addicted to xu kai dramas. He is so captivating. I am slowly becoming a fan of him😊

Yes I agree with you. Screentime matters the most. I was disappointed with MR screentime. But the problem with dual male lead is there will be some accounts (on weibo) making it BL even though it's not and I have seen that already on weibo . When they just started filming., there were some bl cp page sharing their reuters videos (in a negetive way) but with the female lead coming in that looks stopped. Any way doesn't matter much though. . Let's wait for
official announcement

My assumption is that this will have more screen time to xu kai because in this kind of dramas they can not deviate from the main plot. In longer version dramas specially costume and modern romance dramas where there will always be second pair and even third pair who gets more screentime and ofcourse those annoying obsessive Sml. Here nothing like that, so hoping for a good fast paced drama. Eager to see xu kai in a different role.
