People in Korea seem to have quite a bias against this drama, so the score has ended up much lower than it really…
I already went in and gave it a like. Sirens Kiss only has a score of 46.15%, but some other dramas that honestly aren’t even that good still get over 60%. I really think the bias against this drama is too much.
I’m honestly so surprised by Park Minyoung in this role. She really stepped out of her usual image and did an amazing job. I have to give her credit for that.
At first, I didn’t get why she had to lose so much weight for this character. But after understanding that the character struggles with severe mental health issues, is constantly on medication, and drinks heavily, it actually makes a lot of sense. If she looked healthy and glowing, it just wouldn’t feel realistic.
I really respect her dedication and the effort she put into this role.
