Episode 23 and 24, The ugly grandmother who came to look after the 7th branch grandmother looks like The Luo Family Aunty, and the clues are there, her face has scars. It could be from that fire from 3 years ago, so the 7th branch grandmother saved the Luo family from that night?. The ugly grandmother, the way she was introduced, looks like someone who has an important role in the show.
I'm seeing people question whether Ronghua is helping her family or secretly trying to sabotage them. It's clear that blood is thicker than water. Even though her family treated her poorly in the past, in this situation she is helping them.
Maybe you should write your own drama, since you know better than experienced screenwriters.
He/She feeling frustrated because the show does not focus solely on the female lead. The rant stems from the fact that the storyline allows other characters to have their own time and depth explored. He/She had expected the show to revolve exclusively around the female lead.
people here are upset because ML didn't recognize FL until she mentioned her name. We can't blame him ,he's only seen her once in his life. There's no way you can recognize a person you've only seen once 13 years ago.
I stopped watching the show after episodes 12 and 13 when the ML chose to protect the man involved in trafficking women as sex slaves, despite the SML wanting to kill him. This character assassination of the ML was disappointing and made it difficult for me to continue watching.

After the events in the capital , Luo Wei rushes back to try to save his brother and his aunt, but it appears his efforts may come too late. That urgency and helplessness set the stage for a major turning point in his life.
