Yeah. I’m so afraid to watch more because these stories usually end with all the couples dead. I really thought,…
If they really do kill off every couple, and the only one left alive at the end is the dad filled with regret… I’ll be really pissed 😠. Maybe he need to go met his wife in the afterlife if he so miserable.
The fight between Fugui VS Zhang Qi and Moth demon is amazing!!The sword play was breath-taking. As a wuxia lover,…
Yeah. I’m so afraid to watch more because these stories usually end with all the couples dead. I really thought, “Well, RIP first real couple,” when we first met them — sigh, sigh, sigh. And then they went back to the usual trope.
The fight was awesome though! The female lead also improved her fighting skills 👏.
Praying the production doesn’t kill off every couple they introduce. I’m honestly continuing just because of Cheng Yi and Li Yitong — their chemistry keeps me hanging on!.
I appreciate the fact that they went separately on their own paths at this point. They both need this to become…
Oh my goodness, for once I don’t feel the “here we go again” plot — it feels like they’re each setting off on their own little journey, excited for what’s ahead and me knowing they’ll see each other again very soon( like next few episode lol)
There’s a purpose behind it, not the typical “I must leave because the script demands it” due to misunderstanding, sadness, anger, or the usual C-drama plot devices like forced sacrifices, sudden noble idiocy (“I must leave you for your own good”), or the classic “angst for ratings” that stretch the story but ultimately feel hollow and devoid of real emotional depth.
Anyone else notice that scene where the FL added like a heap load of sugar (3–4 tablespoons!) to the ML’s hot pot bowl? 🤣
I thought he’d say something, but nope—
FL: Gives him the bowl… omg, holds both his hands (and that little smirk from the ML 😏 at that part) “Tastes good?”
ML: “Yep.”
These kinds of moments just clicked the right way for me. 😋
Another cute scene was when she ran back on horseback, comes in the room and just freely pats him all over the place. " Are you hurt" The cousin sitting there like Ohhhh. Love the cousin I want to see more of him
Oh and ML comment about there's outsider here.....😏 So does he mean no outsider its ok to pat me all you want 🤣 my messed up brain is thinking
Just one question What is the vibe of drama is it serious, sad, fun or what?
Yea right now it is all of them lol....problem is dunno which direction we are headed but the last 2 series in this trilogy was tragic end.
Its actually very good right now and has a feel good vibe for me only 7 episode in.
Father x son = toxic = u wanna slap the dads The father need to go to a mental ill hospital. ML x FL = romance is very subtle ML x Cousin = fun brotherhood I really like the fight scene.
Fugui is so soft-hearted; I just want him to be happy atp. Also, I hate the idea of “soldier”—they basically…
I hope they put in a satisfying face slapping scene for both fathers. Screw the two fathers and the sons goes on to live a happy and free life to prove them wrong.
Omg I’m on episode 7 and the male lead is so gentle. Even after finding out the female lead poisoned him, he still goes all the way to the spider cave to look for her. There’s no misunderstanding, no hatred, no anger — just pure understanding after clearly thinking about her situation.
When she comes back, he softly asks why she didn’t ask for his help 😭.
Also female lead even poisons herself to get the antidote for ML and save her brother on her own.
I’m completely in love with this couple. Their bond is quiet, patient, and full of trust — the kind of connection that truly tugs at your heart 😭❤️....
I am so conflicted , I want them to release episode as fast as posssible but also afraid they will butcher the series in the end.

Omg, Cheng Yi smiling while she chit-chats with the duck 🤣!

Scriptwriter: “Burn it all down.” Classically annoying 😩
Let’s see though, maybe they’ll surprise us — the story hasn’t been too cliché so far.
So cute thank you for sharing 😊 link and translation
