The siblings have more chemistry
I only clicked on this for Rosy Zhao — and even that barely felt worth it. The cinematography and direction were a mess, the production cheap, and the story completely forgettable. The male lead? Not only is he seriously lacking in the looks department, but his acting is also flat and lifeless. The whole thing felt painfully low-effort. Honestly, if they’d cast Zhou Junwei and leaned into a fake sibling romance, it might’ve been slightly more tolerable.
That said, Rosy was the only saving grace here — her face had that fresh, charming glow, effortlessly cute like a breath of clean air in a musty room. She’s always had that spark, even when stuck in low-budget roles and trashy scripts like this one. Total waste of time otherwise.
