Did anyone else find the first episode really boring? I've only heard good things about thos drama and I really…
the first half of the drama is a bit slow, because the story is being built during those episodes, but I would keep watching it's worth it :) actually when I first started this drama, it took me a while to get past ep 1 but now this has become one of my favourite dramas. (this drama is more heavy on political intrigue)
I've been stuck on ep 51 for way to long T_T but to be fair, I have skipped through ep 52 before I watched this drama so it feels like I've already completed it lol
ep 1-4 I was more interested in the story and actually looked forward to the episodes airing. around ep 5 or 6…
also - the story suddenly got serious at the end, even though the tone of the rest of the drama was lighthearted and this drama isn't something to take too seriously.
ep 1-4 I was more interested in the story and actually looked forward to the episodes airing. around ep 5 or 6 I started to lose interest. instead of finishing the episodes eagerly on sunday night, I'd take two or three days to finish episodes 6-9. I watched towards the end of ep 9 and decided to just drop it. I've rated it 6/10. I didn't care for the romance. the cooking scenes is what kept me interested. the plot was meh. I still skipped through eps 10-12 to see how it ends. not everyone may agree with this but this is how I feel about this drama.
I skipped through ep 11 and why is it getting all serious all of a sudden? characters are getting killed left and right! I like serious historical dramas, but they should have a serious tone throughout the whole drama, this one started off lighthearted and suddenly got more serious and now the ending feels rushed
