The FL, ML and FL’s college crush, colleagues thinking style and development we all can relate with people around us. Some are confused and timid about what they need in their life throughout their life while some puts there ego first in developing relationship and some are steady. But one thing i would like to remind that your thinking style and your life style, upbringing environment can affect your decisions or cloud your judgement, shape your thinking which i observed in case of Zhuang Xu character, FL and Him were not destined with each other proved by their multiple encounters Another thing I would like to add that not every person has same IQ and EQ and able to express things in public. This doesn't mean they are bad and not honest, they lack confidence and not deserve better. The small things and efforts people make to make you comfortable are not everyone's cup of tea. It totally depends on person, I don't hate that guy like many neither appreciate him, it's totally next person's choice, not everyone can wait for someone to truly realise things when you got only one life to live. do or die repenting things ...
for me, i dont particularly like the poor plot as well as ML portrayed as a simp, i literally feel puking whenever i saw the couple and ml thirsting over fl. i dont mind any character stronger or weaker in any drama as long as story feels right. the LBTG script except for first 2-3 episodes feels bogus and filler. i tried watching other chen feiyu dramas , i never liked his acting and expressions, same goes for dilreba except for The King’s Woman. their dialog and expression feels like they are acting not actual character.
I don't know why this drama has recieved such low ratings , it's easily 8.2+ at least with unique slice of life story of two different professionals except for cliche childhood lovebirds trop and extra hypnosis induced PTSD in last 3-5 episodes.
pathetic boring story with poor acting and facial expressions , poor storyline development. Or My taste just got too exotic after watching Story of yanxi, kunning palace, The Double, etc.

it ain't love triangle but much described as two poor souls somehow got attention of a devil rapist who daily raped FL threatening her child and somehow she developed stockholm syndrome for the guy.

I disagree, angelababy is there for only her face , she did that part gracefully.but SWL acts too terrible when it's about lovestroke crybaby. Ding Yuxi did it better in Fight for Love. Rest drama does deserve 1 ⭐ rating.
I am literally broken and can't stop crying , what a fabulous casts there are and their on screen chemistry. The love they depicted is out of the world. It won't go away from my memory till death. I had rewatched it like 2-3 times in this week for 12 hours continuously. I have watched like 100 of c-dramas but never felt so immersed.
