If the christians didn't find it insulting for their religion to be used as an aesthetic and/or disrespected by these drama, that's on them, so many artists have disrespected christianity by makins music videos in churches, using nun outfits as a costume on Halloween and so much more, but there don't seem to be a lot of christians getting offended by that simply bc they dgaf, and i am generalizing obv, but on the contrary, muslims make it very clear that religion is a line not to cross. You are responsible as an individual to earn respect and put ur boundaries, if christians don't make a fuss out of the mocking and the disrespect of their religion it's only because they don't really care that much about it, however, in islam, when it comes to that, we make it very clear that it's unacceptable, and as a muslim, I am legitimate enough to say that this depiction of my religion is harmful and you're not gonna tell me i shoud stfu about it.
