two teenagers with broken souls finding solace in each other. Hirukawa, the broken soul who is always getting tagged as a ādelinquentā when he himself is a victim of abuse. Minase, who looks fine from the out, but is just as broken. the way they slowly gravitated towards each other and fell in love was just so beautiful.
I loved it from the beginning till the end. both characters were so beautifully written. and the cinematography was just outstanding!
I became a fan of the actor who played minase. The fact that he was only 18-19 when this was shot is insane! He has a bright future ahead of him š„¹ i hope we can see him in more works soonš
HeĀ“s a good actor who didnĀ“t pick the best projects lately. After "Under the queens umbrella" and "My…
āAt a distance the, spring is greenā is pretty good. Heās technically SML there, but he did well in there. I loved the bromance between him and the ML.
The writers just as the show ends should pack their bags and have 3 months trip to Himalayas where for 2 months…
Iām dyingš
thank you for this comment, I will think about this while I watch the final episode tomorrow and get annoyed at whatever bs the writers will make us watch one last timešš
Whatever happened to Taehyungās office job? Lol. Last we heard he took a one month paternity leave from work to take care of Uju. And then he started working for Amy Chu. But I donāt think they ever showed him officially quitting the previous job?
both actors were so good in their roles. I became their fan after watching this! can anyone recommend me any more of their works? š„ŗ
I would also love more jbl recs! š„° Iāve watched a lot of korean bls, but School Trip was my first time watching a jbl (and i loved it!) . after School Trip I also watched -
Smells Like Green Spirit (loved it) Kimi to Nara Koi wo Shite Mite mo (loved it) My Love Mix Up (liked it but not as much)
Please recommend me more jbls that are similar to School Trip, SLGS and Kimi to Naraš„¹ I like dramas with good acting, simple storyline and good cinematography. I donāt like overly dramatic acting and unnecessary misunderstandings, stupid storylines or badly written characters.
Edit : ever since I posted that comment 12 days ago, Iāve binged about 30+ JBLs šš so my current list of jbls is much longer than these 3 dramas that I mentionedš¤ but please do still recommend me some more š„¹š«¶
this was actually my first time watching a jbl. I started watching it with zero expectations, expecting just another high school love story. which it was. but they told a very simple story very beautifully, and I think thatās what makes this drama outstanding. the cinematography, loved the acting, and the musicš
love how they were solely focused on the main couple and didnāt bring up any unnecessary misunderstandings. the way they naturally fell in love with each other was beautiful. the confession scenes just melted my heartš„¹
as much as i love Wi Hajoon (heās one of the main reasons why I started watching this drama), his character so far has been very unlikeable and badly written š„² i really hope it gets better ep5 onwardsš
Kim Junghyunās acting is just š„š„ he doesnāt have much screentime so far. but every time heās on the screen, I feel the chills.
when Park Minyoung said āI didnāt gain anything. I only lost.ā my heartš„¹š„¹
iirc Ep 2.... 2 members appeared (Park Donggyu (ė°ėź·) & Arctic (ģķ±) / Peerawat Sapsukdee ąøąøµąø£ąø§ąø±ąøŖ…
Thank you so much ! I found it! It was around 48:50 of ep2. It was shown so fast that I didnāt realize thatās who they were showing when I first watched the episode, despite knowing Donggyu, Arctic and Rensho pretty well.
This was so beautiful! idk why the ratings re so low :(
Amane is a cutie patootie. and Ryuji is the greenest flag everš„¹love how they both talk things through, leaving no room for unnecessary misunderstandings š
5 eps was not enough, I need a sequel! we need to see them in their dating era š„¹
Can anyone recommend me more jbls like this one? Simple story, little to no misunderstandings, great acting and cinematography š„¹
