His media play was also bad during WLGYT. Now that I think about it, if CEW really goes down, he is the one who benefits the most. I fu**ing hate Fantagio. I hope they go bankrupt!!

If you want to try violin music, what about Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto played by Jascha Heifetz? And for solo, my favorite is Zapateado played by Midori Goto 🫶🏻🫶🏻

I’ll check out all those musical. I really hope he can do musical that show off his dance and singing skills. I was really hopeful especially since director Kim Moonjung who judges during 80s MBC GAYOJE is musical director. I hope Junyoung got casted since she seems to enjoy his performances 😆

I’m new fans actually. I started loving him after watching When Life Gives You Tangerines. I know him for quite some time actually, but I thought he was only good at playing villain. I didn’t know he is going to be good in melodrama too. When I watched WLGYT, it makes me root for his character and love story despite his flaw. You know it won’t work out but can’t help want him to be happy 😞
I’m so happy to hear Junyoung singing appreciation, I wish I knew him sooner 😭
He’s a really hard working artist, he debuted on 2017 yet already done 20+ project while also juggling lot of other things, like Musical, UKISS activities, UNB activities, and his solo activities. He’s too underrated compared to what he is capable of 🥹
And I love him for never losing sight of his beginning, he started as dancer, and to this day, he still trains and competes in dance battle… Truly someone worthy to idolize 🫶🏻🫶🏻

I don’t think so, his role in LMBYK is a popular band vocalist and songwriter but he was suffering because his new song Midnight Fantasy wasn’t received well. And in Melo Movie he was only successful towards the end of series.
Have you watched those series? I really love LUNA songs and the ost Under Sunset. I didn’t know he was such a good singer, I love his vibrato~~~

Just a rant after looking at how past celebrity tax cases were handled.

YYS
He was notified of additional tax and filed for a pre-tax assessment review in January 2025. By April, the adjusted amount was finalized and paid. From the news breaking in March to payment, the whole thing took 1 month.

LHN
Her approach was even more straightforward: she paid the assessed tax immediately and chose to dispute it later through the tribunal process. From the news breaking in February 2025 to payment, it was essentially zero days. She had already paid.

CEW
He was reportedly notified of additional tax by at least July 2025 (possibly earlier). He requested a pre-tax assessment review, but that review still appears to be ongoing since last spring (for comparison, YYS’s review only took about 3 months). There are also reports suggesting CEW may skip finalizing the review and move directly to tribunal, which is known to take significantly longer (for comparison, LHN’s tribunal case is still ongoing).

This is the part I genuinely struggle to understand from a strategic standpoint.
Looking at past cases like YYS and LHN, the most PR-effective approach seems obvious: Apologize and pay first. If you want to dispute, do it later. This calm public opinion quickly, limit speculation, and allow activities to continue with minimal disruption. In fact, both YYS and LHN are still promoting fine without major backlash because of that.

Moreover, with Division 4 involved, many Korean tax accountants have noted that a full overturn is statistically super rare, with reductions being the more realistic outcome. Given that, choosing a prolonged process that could last months or even years, while risking sustained reputational damage, doesn’t seem like a great trade-off. Unless...he really has a strong case 🤔

What if it’s not that he won’t pay, but he can’t pay? If his fund is tied up, how could he pay?
Initially I thought it was Fantagio burning the bridges, there was a rumor they’re recruiting actors to replace CEW when he is on military hiatus. But seeing that drama wonderfool had Fantagio as co-investor, it shouldn’t be. What if he took risk doing tax evasion to buy out Fantagio? Someone know this and used this exact timing to thoroughly end him.

I think I watched too many law and business drama lately. Ignore me everyone 😆

The best PR move is to pay first and dispute it at tax tribunal later. This way general public can’t say anything since he already paid. It seems being in military tied his hands
