Meh

The chemistry between actors and the music are the only good point about this show.

The story, though it started well at the beginning just lost itself until the end, it's just too long whithout anything to say and the show could have ended after around 8-10 episodes...

Character like Chi Cheng are despicable, the guy litterally r*pe all of his best friend boyfriends, and both of them consider it as just a game. I mean the first episode litterally contain a gang r*pe for a professional mistake and later this guy even threaten to do it to someone if Wei didn't give what he want "because i can't afford to force him". How romantic this is, a rapist that don't want to force someone for once in his life, so everything fine I guess.

Is the show going to make a message about abuses? No. Never. No instead look, it's soooooo romantic...
It's just a overated pile of garbage, just skip, there is better show out there worth of your time.

Too long

The story about finding out who is Phob take almost all the screentime leaving the relation between the two leads far behind and not developped. It's at the point where all emotionnal and cute scenes between the leads are on the end of the series like the script suddendly remember at the end that it was supposed to be a BL series.

That's a shame, because in such scene, actors are really cute together.

The story isn't that bad, it explore past griefs and the need to let it go, it's just way too long.

Emotional and sad

If you expect a show like Gameboys, you will be disapointed, the pandemic context is just there to have the two mains characters stuck alone at the same place...

We got Judah, a guy who want to find someone and be loved, essentially to prove himself that his grandmother was wrong about him, and Rocky a guy struggling to accept himself from a past mistake toward his mom that he's unable to fix.

So yes, the show is about self-acceptance for the character of Rocky, the actors performance is great. It's sad and emotional.
Judah lack of patience and understanding about Rocky (who need time) will cause the sad turn of the serie,

The two main songs "Sansinukuban" and "Ipu-Ipo" from actors of Beshie and Judah are both great.
Supports character are inexistant for almost all the serie, so there is nothing to say about them.

You probably saw there his a second season. I recommend you to consider it just don't exist. If you loved the first season for the story, character development or the emotionnal aspect, then the second season will just make you angry because none of these aspect are present anymore.

Just consider it don't exist

Ignore it if you loved the fist season, it's just bad. The emotionnal aspect, the character development are not there anymore.

Beshie is just an insufferable character who the core personnality is to complain about others for anything or simple jokes, the "joke are fun except if it target the LGBT community" mentality, self-centered and wanting to educate (forcing is a better word) everyone about his ideology...

Che, initially want to get Rocky back with her, without knowing he's with Judah, is actually the only moment where you see interraction between Judah and Rocky, because of course Ju is not okay about Che flirthing with his man.

But after that, the show only focus is about the strange couple between Kulas, Beshie and Che and let Ju and Rocky behind.

Ending is awfull, two people who are together, loving earch other, showing no emotions when they will go apart for a long time and maybe forever.

Who need budget anyways?

At first it look like a student project abusing of fan-footage filming method because no money, wich is right there was no money and the production and actors have play and work with quarantine rules... And with all of that the result is quite good...

The only problem with it... There is a big gap on the acting quality between sequences on fan-footage style (webcams) and the sequences with a classic filming method, but there only a few of these so the crew seems to know their weakness...
