I have never heard adults say "i like you" in a romantic sense in English, it sounds weird, although the sentiment is probably more appropriate when you start dating someone.
Tagging this show as thriller is so wrong. I almost didn't start watching it because I don't like being stressed out, but ultimately gave in because I really liked LYX in her other dramas. And it has become one of my favourite comfort shows.
