A chase scene that feels a little bland

The first thing I'll say is that the actors' performances are outstanding. Honestly, this drama is good, but it feels a bit off for its genre. A case that could have been resolved in two episodes drags on for 13 episodes. Yes, I think something like this could happen in real life. But for a suspense drama, this is not a suspense drama at all. I cried for their story. Xu Wen Guo and Yao Binbin are victims of how unfair the law is to ordinary people like them. Meanwhile, Sun Yonghong is just a woman struggling to survive in a life that always betrays her.

And Du Xiaodong teaches us that honesty sometimes loses out to the harshness of the world. People like him will be ostracized, ignored, and completely overlooked.

So, actually, rather than a suspense drama, I prefer to call it a drama of life. After all, every character in this drama has a meaning that we can evaluate in our real lives.
