I actually wanted to touch on that too. Marriage is only a problem when it comes to Yooshik/Seungyong. Baekhyun doesn't seem to be fully employed at the moment but surely marriage would be on the table if it ever comes to it especially because they're on similar age. I'm assuming Hyeonji just brushes all of this off because she never entertained the possibility of them getting back together no matter how much she unconsciously wants him.

I love the fact that Baekhyun, no matter how last minute–realized that if only one of them push hard enough, they could definitely get back together. In Seoul Baekhyun was actively being in denial by suppressing his feelings and putting on a show on how much he had cleanly gotten over his ex.
Hyeonji was too careful with her words and keeps talking in circles and throwing tantrums.

Between the two of them, the word “reunite” was NEVER mentioned clearly. The only one to have come close was Hyeonji when she finally confessed that she likes him still. But too soon after they had to be whisked off to Japan and couldn’t discuss it deeper.

Baekhyun was literally egging and baiting her to ask him to get back together lol. He clearlyyyy wants to hear it but she stayed firm and probably expected Baekhyun to say it first.

Both of them are scared, prideful and concerned on repeating old mistakes.

I genuinely believe they should give it a try and if it blows up in their face again at least they could experience their one true love once more and move on completely this time.
