ngl after the first episode I was kinda disappointed but since I finished watching unveil jadewind and I had nothing…
I just want to tell you that the storyline will improve from episode 5 onward. At the beginning, the story moves quite quickly, as if it's been summarized—this might be because the number of episodes was reduced from 40 to 37.

You didn't know the director??You didn't read the highlights for This drama either??? All your question is already…
The comment above mine stated that Bao Shangen’s track record isn’t long and claimed she only had one drama as the main lead, and I refuted it because that’s not true. I am not slandering or badmouthing anyone here, and I am not denying your statement about your doubts regarding her future portrayal as CAI Zhao. I was simply clarifying her track record in previous dramas.

I think you misunderstood me. What I meant was Bao Shangen’s dramas that have already aired and in which she played the main lead. I was replying to the comment above mine that said Bao only had one drama as the main lead.

I have heard that MLs charater has been toned down how was he in novel can u give spoiler and does it has HE
Mu Qing Yan has an indifferent and cold personality, but when it comes to Cai Zhao, he is different—he fell in love with her first. Cai Zhao is the only person he trusts and cherishes. He is quite sensitive and jealous. They have a happy ending and have children together in the novel.

No, he has 6 dramas as the main lead, but most of them are low-budget dramas. Whisper of Fate is a high-budget drama of his, but he’s not the only main lead and he doesn’t have a prominent role. Meanwhile, if you want to watch Bao with his fighting skills, you can see him in The Legend of Heroes. This drama is actually good, but due to licensing issues, many parts of the story were cut, which drew a lot of criticism. However, the fight scenes were highly praised for being outstanding.

In the novel, they were already kissing back in school, but they’ll definitely cut that out for the drama. And…
Yes, that happens when they’re together. There’s an intimate moment before they officially reunite, occurring when they see each other again after a long separation. But even after all that time, it's clear they both still have deep, lingering feelings for one another

I’m optimistic about the direction they're taking. I just hope the changes in the drama still capture the essence of the novel. I don’t care much about the intimate scenes; what really draws me in is the complexity of the challenges they face before finally coming together

for the people who have read the novel could you tell me if they have any intimate scenes and if so how many do…
In the novel, they were already kissing back in school, but they’ll definitely cut that out for the drama. And when they reunite, they’re hooking up all the time—I lost count of how many times, honestly. The drama version seems to have a lot of changes, but I’m actually feeling pretty optimistic after seeing the spoilers
