Thank you! At first it was stressful to me because I suffer from POTS so I have super sensitive nervous system. That’s why I try to totally remove myself from social medias and discussion slowly. Social medias are all about hating, defending problematic people, fighting and being fake. But I realized no matter what I say I won’t make those people think critically. So now I just reply them out of boredom and it doesn’t affect my nervous system anymore.
