I have a theory (not sure if it is a conspiracy theory or something). There are 2 people I suspect the most in this case. It might be the other idol who had a fallout with Ra Ik or the boss himself. In ep 3 they said that it might be someone he trusted because he did not await the attack. The others suspected might be the "ex-gf", the manager or the idol with his hand plastered. I have a feeling it might be someone amongst these 5. Again it might just be some theories I am throwing here but I feel very suspectful of them.
