since im kinda underwhelm on how the direction goes in s2 so i rewatched some of my favorites scenes here. i love s2 but i guess, preference-wise, i like s1 more :))
and, one my favorites here is on episode 5 like Sand’s pov here etched on me like a stug. i really want to commend whoever wrote Sand’s pov coz they’re literally poetic lol
[spoiler ahead]
in this episode, this is the moment where Sand’s full awareness of his feelings on Ray. and i love how was this was being conveyed, because it starts how sand has the “same” 24 hours where all his routines are all in check and he doesn’t let that interfere with this strict routine of his. routine; meaning everything is planned, in-check, and its basically a daily structured cycle to him. since he’s passionate af, he got big dreams of being a musician.
and, here comes Ray, the trouble maker. total opposite of him, he’s rich, so he can afford to mess up unlike Sand who has strict routine to follow. so when Sand considers Ray as his 25th hour, that is equivalent more than i love you’s combined 🥹
when they’re in Sand’s apartment, and Boston and Nick decided to have drinks with them. Boston as being the meanie, shared how Ray still inlove with Mew, and I SWEAR First’s acting here is immaculate !! on how he looks so hurt and cries quietly laying on the bed with Ray.
and u can tell how well-written this episode when the end part ties back on the very first part about the 24 hours analogy. where Sand realizes that he was never part of Ray’s 24 hours. 🥹💔
Even if the script is horrific, I am tempted to give it 10/10 , to ensure they remain a main couple.. The fandom…
tho i didn’t finish yet the novel i could tell the plot is kinda basic (but not that bad), so i really hope the production of this will give justice, coz i know aouboom will slay hard on this and carry this series so well !!
i share same sentiments with some of the watchers here that is kinda hard to passed through the early episodes, but after that, it is now addictive to watch that u become unaware that u already done watching the 7 eps.
i applaud the production of this series really. beside the chemistry of teeteepor, the production is on point, the bgm, angles, colors, etc—its immersing. the pacing is also a big factor, the storyline is seamless, not draggy and the scene by scene are warranted. sure, there’s some parts that could be compressed but i really enjoy how engaging this is. THE DUANG-QIN bgm is so smart ISTG, its catchyyy
i think some of the comments here need to chill out. i mean, sure, we have our opinions but i think its too early to degrade this when it still has 3 eps 😭
