My name's Rachel. Until recently, I lived my whole life since birth in a coastal town that is quite big, but always felt quite small. Since I was young, Asian culture has always been my safe haven, happiness, and a way to escape the harsh realities of my dark world at the time. Naturally, my interest became my passion and I currently am studying East Asian Cultures at the University of Maryland Global Campus. I have been fortunate enough to visit Korea and Japan! Yet, I still crave to see more of Asia including Thailand, China, Vietnam, The Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, etc! Some of my favorite drama and movie genres are Romantic Comedy, Action, Historical, Thriller, Crime, LGBTQ+, Supernatural, Fantasy. Besides being obsessed with Asian dramas and movies, I love Korean variety shows like Running Man, My Little Old Boy, Knowing Bros, Shooting Stars.  I also enjoy Kpop and Jpop. Some of my favorite Kpop groups are Seventeen, BTS, Twice, MAMAMOO, XG, and BTOB. Some of my favorite Japanese groups are Mrs. Green Apple, Creepy Nuts, Kiro Akiyama, RADWIMPS, Aqua Timez, and ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION. Other topics I love are Anime, Marvel, DC, Star Trek, Tim Burton movies, and just movies and TV in general. I also enjoy cooking, going out to cafes & restaurants, and hanging with friends & family. Proud mother to my 3 cat babies: Albus, Boo, and Loki. Just recently relocated to Chattanooga, TN!
