it’s a historical drama and realizing that food and drink were often involved in intimate moments. although the Marquis said he wanted to be more present next time and obviously 2 kids later. he was! lol!

Nope in the end he said he had done all those terrible things for nothing. sad part is that General Li was actually an upright and righteous person. He just had a momentary lapse in judgement because he let the head of his family sway him for a moment. but the rest of his time he spent fighting to make things right and was on the side of what he felt was right despite his family losing everything! so sad!

Your expectections were the same as mine!!!! it was a good moment showing her vulnerability for a moment and then…. good feelings gone.. where did the dress go! what was this for! lol! 😂

I think their connection left room to be like what if. QMs character was just so dynamic and even tho he was a villain his character was raw with intensity and his love for YQQ was real and I think in the end her love for him however messy it was, was real as well. which is why I rooted for them the whole time! when they are hanging off the wall and he sacrificed himself for her it was real. He truly did care he had just let trauma lead the way. YQQ said she was always there but his pursuit of the throne is what caused this. I think in the end it was very eye opening for QM.

oh I know! I watched and waited for Netflix to drop every episode to episode 32 and while there was still 4 or 5 episodes left to be released I found that 40 was released on the main network!!!!
