Ohhh you are in for a treat my friend : In ep 7, the FL somehow manages to turn what could have been a straightforward situation into a full-blown mess by doubling down on poor decisions, avoiding honest communication, and then acting surprised when everything spirals. Instead of addressing things directly, she chooses the most roundabout, emotionally confusing route possible, hurting people around her while convincing herself she’s being considerate. It’s the kind of episode where you watch her create problems in real time and wonder how many chances one person gets to simply say the truth and just… doesn’t. Basically, going behind ML back and getting into a partnership with her sunbae=ex boyfriend... spend a night in the same place and the majority of the ep she is interacting with him and miscommunicating with ML.
in ep 8, the FL somehow takes the chaos she created and decides the best strategy is to double it, leaning even harder into avoidance, mixed signals, and questionable judgment. Instead of learning anything from the previous episode, she keeps making everything more complicated than it needs to be, dragging everyone else into her emotional indecision while acting like circumstances are just happening to her. At this point, it’s less about bad luck and more about a consistent talent for choosing the exact wrong move every time a simple, honest conversation could have solved everything. Basically, ep summed up as ML in agony seeing his dying grandma, his bother and granpa devastated and FL is enjoying her time with the boarded family in her guest house and then drinks sooo much beer and red wine with her sunbae=ex boyfriend who makes sure to tucks her in well to sleep and they get caught by the ML and thinks she is cheating on him. she halfassed tried to run after the ML for like 3 min and then gave up and went back home. Didn't even think of sending him an SMS or message to try to explain. ML ends up calling her later on and breaks up with her on the phone and she agrees...didn't even try to beg him or anything. She ends the call saying" i'm sorry"!!

i dont want to sound negative- im just surprised... i actually like both main actors and i enjoyed previous dramas they had, it s just this one i actually can't put my finger on what is wrong with it!! maybe it is the poor script or the story telling idk... it is just not doing it for me and actually im think of dropping it. i mean why is it soooo bad????
Glorifying cheating and giving cheating women a pass... terrible series and a waste of time!! why do chinese writers keep having these scripts of men accepting to even live with their cheating wifes??

here is what happens... 1st male he goes back to his cheating wife, 2nd friend he goes back to his wife that was raped and 3rd friend after his wife died and daughter( who is not his) travels abroad he accepts to move on with his life....

good you didnt see the earlier scene, where he tries to be intimate with her and she rejects him... they fight and a video of the fight goes online!!! during this time she emotionally abuse him by not talking to him for several days and sleeping in another room with DOOR LOCKED!! the husband is made to believe that the negative responses online due to the video is his fault and is sent a script by her pr team to read, ofc the simp he is believes it is his fault and makes a video blaming himself. only then the FL "forgives" him and guess what he tries to kiss her but she still fkn rejects him.
This is one of the worst cdrama i have ever came across!
waiiiit whaaaaaat - you have to wait 20 episodes in to understand that there was no cheating happening!!! why it is written in this way, if the show was a bit different on how the premis is established it could have hit higher ratings! the ML and FL are good actors and the ost is nice! just the writing was a bit of a let down :(
