there is no actual love triangle, more like a love from 1 side or unrequited love from the lawyer (in the manhwa he is a prosecutor)- Bom only likes and falls for the ML... in the manhwa and webtoon the mother sets the FL for blind dates with the 2nd ML and forces her to marry him bcz he is from a wealthy family she goes on a blind date with him and she senses he is awful bcz he tells her that there is no smoke without fire (her seoul incident) and that he is doing her and her family a service to marry her, Bom gets repulsed by him but bcz of her mother pressure she couldn't directly refuse. The FL after the 1st kiss with the ML she makes up arguments to make him hate her and create distance between them, she at that time still on the fence about his personality and tell him that she dislikes him...some incidents happen (not gonna spoil everything) where she sets her mind into committing to him when she sensed his warmth and good hearted nature (he is able to win her and melt that ice wall she builds with him being him if you know what i mean) then makes it clear to the 2nd ML then he backs away. The ending is a happy ending - the best part for me is from the webtoon (the manhwa didnt reach it yet) is the 1st meeting between the ML and her mom, in the webtoon it is sooo funny as well so i cant wait to see how they do that in the Kdrama. All i know is that Ahn Bo Hyun is crushiiiiiiiing his ML role!!! in the wentoon there are a ton of explicit and intimate scenes, a bit less in the manhwa so not sure how far the drama will take it knowing it is just rated for 15+ years. hope that answers your question.
This was an OK drama to watch. to be honest, the whole drama was on the shoulders of the FL actor; she killed it from ep1 till the end. The 2nd ML (her ex-crush) is without a character and needs to grow some 00 The FL circle of friends in uni and at work was good - i like the interaction scenes The ML in some scenes was a bit out of synch with FL as if their chemistry didn't reach high levels Also in some scenes, the ML looked like a bit hunched, maybe bcz he is a bit tall and skinny but i picked it up quickly - idk maybe he needs to work on his shoulders and strengthen them better.
i'm pretty sure that bai jingting doesn't like to act in romance dramas. idk i js heard this online 😀
what? the first frost won awards and he did as well for his role for Sang yan... he was soooo good, kinda hard to believe he does not like those roles, he is sooo good and versatile actor
no love triangle- the one sided pursuit gets shutdown eventually by the FL... the ML well he always had the upper hand in all situations in the webtoon and manhwa :) some chapters in early mid phase of the story there will be a small separation but as you noticed our ML is able to melt that ice stoned heart in his own way :D hope you also enjoy this fun rom-com drama !!
