what i like about her character so far is that she doesn't seem intimidated by the fear of discovering the truth

seorin is exactly the kind of person jangmi needs right now; she's incredibly observant. in the last episode, she noticed the tenderness in hwayoung's eyes as she looked at junho and asked why she was looking at him as if he were her son.
today, she noticed that hwayoung's reaction didn't match her answer and even thought of a quick way to throw her off the scent, although it didn't work very well.

on the other hand, jangmi is very slow; she doesn't seem to see the world with malice yet, even after being a victim of so many injustices. therefore, someone who can perceive inconsistencies and find quick solutions is a must.

absolutely! they will definitely need to meet so that she can at least get some idea of how her sister behaves on a daily basis. you can't just jump in the pool if you don't know how to swim, right?

it's almost ironic how hwayoung completely ignores baekho's existence and the danger he poses to her. he's connected to all the people she needs to get rid of.

her connection to the dream group is useless without seorin, the "only" legitimate heir. for junho to assume full control, he needs to marry her, which is hwayoung's current concern. therefore, seorin is still needed, and her safety is not in question, but this could change if the Chairman dies. or if she keeps prying into the sordid affairs of her mama.

speaking about his relationship with taepyung, i think it's comical how they've been friends for so long and he never cared enough to visit him until his sister needed help.

i believe seorin ate half of jangmi's brain when they were inside sukhee's belly. the discrepancy in how their minds work is incredible. seorin has an excellent memory, while jangmi can't even remember things that happened right in front of her.

aside from all the plot holes regarding the police investigation... i'm surprised that seorin is so good at putting the pieces of the puzzle together !$!_? in just two days, she managed to investigate the story of the wrench, made the connection between bokgil's accident and junho's family, placed her mother at the crime scene, and even has a clue as to where they might have hidden the weapon. not to mention that she did the most important thing, which was to see jangmi.

her detective skills need to last a little longer and she needs to be more careful, because, as the saying goes... curiosity killed the cat. i'm so excited for next week!

I think if Seorin establishes herself, she'll be the best option to lead the Dream Group. Junho is a chef and seems to love what he does, not to mention he's not part of the Ma bloodline. Jangmi won't (and shouldn't) give up on her dream of becoming a chef, enough of sacrificing herself for the greater good. If they don't decide to get rid of Seorin to facilitate the development of certain narrative points, the least they can do is give the character another chance. If she matures a little, she'll be perfect to take on a leadership role; she has all the ingredients, she just lacks determination.

Baekho and Seorin have something in common: an inability to read and interpret social cues. I always expected the worst from Seorin because she's a lonely character who grew up having everything she ever wanted, a spoiled heiress who probably never heard "no" in her life. What she feels for Junho is a thirst for possession, she wants to conquer him, which is very much in line with her personality. But what about Baekho? I swear I don't understand where his attitude comes from. Is love that blinding?

Sure, the Ohs supported him and treated him like a member of the family during the short time he had to get close to Jangmi, but that's no excuse, right? On the contrary, the way their family welcomed him should've been enough for him to understand that he needs to give them time to process what happened and decide what to do on their own.

In any case, the narrative has already positioned him as the only solution to all the problems; we need to accept that, without him, there will be no progress. He might really be The First Man.

i have a feeling seorin will realize something is wrong first. when? don't ask me. the mere fact that she's suspicious of why hwayoung is lying about the wrench and has decided to go after the truth is already a huge step forward, and i'll happily take it.

considering the difficult situation bokgil is in, the scene of seorin going to the shop will probably be saved for the end of the episode and we all know why.
