The extra cast of dwtt during the kissing scene (fireworks scene) said: "(Just to clear things up the 'fireworks' in those hate posts were fake they were just big lights pretending to be fireworks. The director used sound effects like 'whoosh' and 'boom' to simulate the fireworks going off, so we could get ready for the next scene. There was no situation where they had to relight the fireworks bcz the actors messed up) Lu yuxiao is honestly so sweet, before filming started she'd give us these warm smiles, no diva attitude at all. You could really tell she's such a genuinely nice girl. Since they needed to film from different angles it's totally normal to do several takes for rehearsal and actual filming. From where I was standing everything felt like a normal filming schedule I didn't feel like they were constantly retaking scenes because actors messed up . I don't know who paid for this hate marketing but it's awful. If I hadn't been there in person, seeing it from a bystander perspective I would've totally believed it. Even recently during the shooting for dwtt she wasn't feeling good ( had stomachache) but still she continued her filming after taking medication and was on the set filming till night. My girl would never be the 'unprofessional' the tag that the haters wants to label her.

Hu Xiu is literally my most fav fl character in modern dramas of all time. She is smart, confident, straight forward with her words and actions. She knows what she wants and chased after it diligently like both in her personal and professional life. Also, she is such a perfect girlfriend material the way she loved the ml so dearly and made the 2nd ml humbled all the time.
This is the first time that I have been so drawn towards an actress and it's not only bcz she's pretty and an amazing actress but also her real life personality tho?!!
