Hidden Gem

Some dramas are special for reasons that are hard to fully explain, and While You Were Sleeping is one of them for me. The premise was intriguing, the characters were lovable, and the story made me laugh out loud and cry in the same breath. I became so attached to the characters, their relationships, and the little world they created that finishing it genuinely left a hole in my chest.

I especially loved how the romance developed naturally without dragging out unnecessary misunderstandings or frustrating tropes. The relationships felt wholesome, the chemistry was wonderful, and Jung Jae Chan completely won me over in a way I didn't expect. Even with a few unanswered questions and things I wish had been explored more, this drama gave me that rare feeling of not wanting to leave its world behind. A genuinely special one that will stay with me for a long time.
