Only 10 episodes have been released as of now but the story line, acting, cinematography etc everything is top notched. The suspense and mystery storyline is well depicted in depth and it shows the difficulties and injustice the common people and women received . Also, the fl’s character, Li Peiyi is extremely intelligent, decisive, and good at martial arts. The ml, Xiao Huajin doesn’t know martial arts but he is very observant and plays a huge role in solving cases along with Peiyi. Both FL and ML are extremely intelligent and bring justice content ly which makes us viewers feel satisfied. There is romance between the leads however, it’s not too heavy. Although there’s romance, one don’t become weak and overly rely on the other. Both are equally intelligent, strong and capable. The voices aren’t dubbed and are the origins voices of the actors and actresses. Not to mention that the supporting and guest casts brings a lot to the table as well. There aren’t filler or unnecessary characters, misunderstandings, cases either. All of the cases and characters are interesting and they play an important role in the story. This drama also shows that the evil might seem to win, life may seem and be unfair but justice will always prevail in the end. The road might be tough, life might feel hopeless but light will come through. I usually skip scenes in c-dramas but for this drama, I don’t even skip 10s. Rather than skipping, I would even rewind the scenes because each and every scene have a hidden meaning and plays an important role in solving the case. This drama might not be the one for those who only seek pleasure in romance, peace, comedy, unrealistic dreams, etc because this drama shows the reality, the injustice people receive in the world, the dark side of the above, strategies, decisiveness, grief, etc. I honestly don’t get why people are downvoting this drama already because it’s one of the most perfect suspense mystery drama ever. Either they’re people who choose to ignore the bitter reality and only seek pleasure in happy, unrealistic, romantic, comedy dramas or they’re low IQ incels who don’t have enough brain cells to process a gem.
