I thought they were going to redeem him but when he killed the maid, I knew they were going to make him a full on villain and kill him. It’s kind of sad, because he’s the most ill fated character in the drama

Easily the most boring Kdrama. The script was so hollow. There were no funny scenes and even if there were, none of them were laugh-worthy. The chemistry isn’t the worst but it’s not good either. You don’t get that excitement seeing them together.

It’s crazy because the sub couple with chemistry gets a story you can’t root for and the ones without chemistry get a sweet story.

This is such a new type of attack to create a pity party. Last time, people were blaming the male lead for leaving his wife in danger, including me and no one questioned the gender. How is her gender even coming into it now? Just see it as a story, not a gender war.

They’re not really saying it tho. It’s obvious these episodes were meant to show Changyu’s growth, so she naturally had more screen time. They’re just blaming the second leads to avoid getting called out for being too male centered

People are unnecessarily upset about the second couple’s screen time. They were introduced to the story so late. How could they even have more screen time? Once Changyu returns to her real form, I doubt there will be any scenes between the second couple. They’ll probably have separate scenes. But obviously main leads will have more screentime together again

Since Qianqian is a time traveler, did she go back or stay there in the novel? Did she ever like Qimin at any point there? Have they toned down his character in the drama? She looked quite wavered by him in today’s episode.

I feel they’re just unpredictable to watch. They give the audience a different kind of entertainment. I don’t watch them with rose tinted glasses. They’re just unpredictable and exciting.
