If russia had hit your house and killed your compatriots, you would never have written it. I hope you never know…
It’s easy to sit there and talk about 'freedom of choice' and 'free tourism for free people' when you’ve never had bombs falling on your head. 👏👏👏 The fact that this was a conscious choice rather than a mandatory trip to support a fanbase actually makes it even worse. And let’s be real—that country would never even invite anyone to 'support a fanbase' anyway. 🤣
We could talk for ages, each from our own perspective. But someone who has never experienced this firsthand will never truly understand Ukrainians, or anyone else who has been bombed by Russia. For us, any trip there is seen as supporting the regime. The entire world is imposing sanctions; they are blocking entries and exits. Brands and stores are cutting ties, and social media platforms don't want to provide services to them or have anything to do with them... NOBODY wants to deal with Russia.
But of course, in your subjective opinion, everyone is 'free' to choose where they go. Fine, let it be so! 👏 But then it’s also our right to not want such people on our territory, isn't it?
And what do China and their BL series have to do with any of this? I don’t know a single Chinese BL actor—or anyone else for that matter—who goes on tourist trips to Russia for fun. 😏 Especially of their own volition. We are talking about a specific person and their specific actions right now.

sorry, but Ki Niwat Naknuan (like anyone) has the right to go wherever they wants - free world & all that.…
The world may be free, but it's obvious you don't understand the reality of that country. Do you really want to be a tourist in a land that crushes human rights? It’s surreal: an actor who fights for equality through his craft chooses to vacation where he is despised. In Ukraine, we say: 'Having no political position is a position in itself.' Honestly, it's not even about politics—it's about humanity. But we’ll never see eye to eye. You haven't spent 4 years under fire. You don't live in basements. I didn't get it either, not until a bomb from that 'free' country landed 50 meters from my door. Going there is supporting them. When will the world finally wake up?

Ki Niwat Naknuan traveled to the Russian capital and is now wandering around Moscow. He is taking photos of their landmarks and even filming their military personnel. Ukrainian fans are in absolute shock. Russia is a homophobic country where the LGBTQ+ community and everyone associated with it are classified as extremists. Criminal cases are being opened against them.

Do people really not care where they are going or what they are doing? Personally, I would feel disgusted even standing on that soil. Following this, an entire country of dedicated fans has refused to continue translating or promoting his lakorn. This actor will definitely be blacklisted. The whole world knows that Russia is a homophobic aggressor state that wages war against civilians.

I’m in shock. A BL actor is casually strolling the streets of homophobic Russia—a country where any mention of LGBT is punishable by law. How can someone have so little respect for themselves and their work? What could they possibly have in common with people like the Russians?
I’m not even mentioning the fact that Russia is an aggressor state that has been waging war against Ukraine’s civilian population for four years now, killing hundreds or even thousands every single day.
This lakorn had so many fans in Ukraine. The keyword here is HAD. Because after this, no Ukrainian—the very people who repeatedly pushed this lakorn to the top of the trends—will ever look at this show or any of this actor's future projects again. No one will translate or promote his work here anymore.
What a massive disappointment. Such total indifference to what’s happening in the world. Does he really not care where he goes or what he does? Is it truly comfortable to walk the streets of a country where LGBT is labeled "extremist" and where you can end up behind bars just for a mention of it or for being part of the community? Do people just not research where they’re traveling and what the laws are there?
I am beyond disappointed in both the actor and his behavior. Personally, I would feel disgusted just standing on that soil.
