Title Notes from the Last Row Spoiler
This K-drama is based on the Spanish play El chico de la Ultima Fila, the premise that it doesn't have romance, it's not BL, and it doesn't feature gay kisses or kisses with any older characters. One of the themes is psychological suspense and literary voyeurism.

7.6 for a bad remake is still a very high score.

No one is obligated to like bad productions.

:o I didn’t know this was a remake. what’s the name of the og?
Kori no Sekai (Ice World), a title that is completely linked to the story and the main character (ice because she is a cold character who doesn't show feelings), a situation that wouldn't make much sense in the remake since it was changed to Siren's Kiss.

can you please stfu and watch ? if the drama isn’t to your taste, kindly drop it. And yeah everyone has his/her…
Shut up, you ridiculous person! People can't even give their opinion, they have to be forced to like terrible acting. The actress playing the mysterious character with a traumatic past has zero expressions and looks like a robot with a face full of plastic surgery. Amy Adams, among other actors in the world, had far more expressions than this actress. It seems like she's doing anything but crying. It would have been easier for Shin Hye-sun to play this character; at least she would have shown emotions and wouldn't have had such fake facial expressions...

How can a drama where the second lead actor has more screen time than the lead actress, who is unable to express emotions in a given scene due to cosmetic procedures, end up looking awkward in the character's sad moments, unable to perform a crying scene without seeming forced, not to mention the moments where it looks like I'm watching a Westworld robot in analysis mode? And I've seen productions where mysterious characters with traumatic pasts manage to show expressions just with their eyes, and this is completely the opposite with Park Min-young because she can't. This concludes that Ha-joon carries this drama on his shoulders, unfortunately that won't change until the last episode, which is a shame.
